Abstract
La presente investigación, titulada el impacto de los programas de bienestar social en el clima laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Hortifruttal SAC, año 2018. Tiene como objetivo general analizar como impactan los programas de bienestar social en el clima laboral. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 182 trabajadores de diferentes áreas como producción, aseguramiento de la calidad, servicios generales, almacén central, mantenimiento y despacho, de sexo masculino y femenino. Se trabajó aplicando métodos y técnicas de investigación cuantitativa y la investigación cualitativos y como técnicas la observación directa y la entrevista. De los resultados obtenidos se puede determinar la significancia que tienen las actividades programadas por el área de bienestar social en el clima laboral de la empresa. La celebración de cumpleaños, las pausas activas y celebración de fechas festivas, fomentan un ambiente de integración, reconocimiento, satisfacción y bienestar laboral, motivando al colaborador para el desarrollo de sus actividades diarias y a su vez reconocer a Hortifrut como un buen lugar para trabajar. El servicio de transporte y alimentación, son considerados en su mayoría de colaboradores que no contribuyen a su bienestar laboral ni motivan en el trabajo, pero si satisfacen sus necesidades fisiológicas y de seguridad en su labor diaria. Finalmente, se propone que la empresa continúe desarrollando los programas de bienestar social, considerando implementar actividades, presupuestos, fechas, espacios físicos, horarios adecuados, elaboración y evaluación de indicadores los cuales permitan que la empresa tome decisiones y pueda emprender acciones concretas orientadas a mejorar el clima laboral.
ABSTRACT This research, entitled the impact of social welfare programs on the working environment of the workers of the company Hortifruttal SAC, year 2018. Its general objective is to analyze how social welfare programs impact on the work environment. The sample consisted of 182 workers from different areas such as production, quality assurance, general services, central warehouse, maintenance and dispatch, male and female. Work was done applying quantitative research methods and techniques and qualitative research and as techniques direct observation and interview. From the results obtained, the significance of the activities programmed by the social welfare area in the company's work environment can be determined. The celebration of birthdays, active breaks and celebration of festive dates, foster an atmosphere of integration, recognition, satisfaction and well-being, motivating the collaborator for the development of their daily activities and at the same time recognizing Hortifrut as a good place to work. The transport and food service are mostly considered as collaborators who do not contribute to their work welfare or motivate at work, but do meet their physiological and safety needs in their daily work. Finally, it is proposed that the company continue to develop social welfare programs, considering implementing adequate activities, budgets, dates, physical spaces and schedules, and elaboration and evaluation of indicators which allow the company to make decisions and take concrete actions aimed at Improve the work environment.
