dc.descriptionThis qualitative - descriptive research aims to learn how to look after patient in an emergency situation from the nursing intern perspective; which purpose is to reassess the concept of nurse-caring learning, as well as to make a contribution to the undergraduate students learning. Several sources of learning basis by Demo, Morín and Waldow; and nurse-caring by Waldow and Boff were consulted. The information was gathered through a semi structured interview applied to ten nursing interns belonging to the Trujillo Teaching Regional Hospital’s emergency service staff, having into consideration the ethic scientific rigor criteria. Two categories were drawn from the analysis: The learning process and the nurse-caring of the nursing intern. The obtained results allow us to understand that the patient nurse-caring in an emergency situation is conceived as a process that students carry out during the study phase, within a context characterized by its complexity. At the same time novel obstacles and ways are introduced such as learning-praxis theories, learning patterns, feedback, fear and fright in the learn, knowledge limits, as well as new ways of being when taking care of the patient, a moment in which tremendous and resounding nurse-caring happenings take place.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación cualitativa, descriptiva; tiene como objeto de estudio aprender el cuidar – cuidado al paciente en situación de emergencia desde la perspectiva de la interna (o) de enfermería; el propósito fue revalorar el concepto de aprender el cuidar – cuidado, así como constituir un aporte al proceso del aprender de la alumna(o) de pre-grado. Las bases teóricas del aprender fueron dados Demo, Morín y Waldow; y del cuidado por Waldow y Boff. La información se recolectó con una entrevista semi estructurada aplicada a diez internas(os) de enfermería del servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo; se tuvo en cuenta los criterios éticos y de rigor científico. Del análisis se obtuvieron dos categorías: Proceso del Aprender y Proceso del Cuidar Cuidado de la Interna de Enfermería. Los resultados permiten entender que el cuidar – cuidado para el paciente en situación de emergencia se concibe como un proceso que la alumna(o) realiza durante su etapa de estudio, dentro de un contexto caracterizado por la complejidad; a la vez se presentan maneras y obstáculos, como el aprender por teorías y por la práctica, modelos del aprender, retroalimentación, temor y miedo en el aprender, limitación del conocimiento, así mismo en el momento de cuidar surgen modos de ser con el otro y en el que ocurren aspectos resonantes y disonantes del cuidar – cuidado.es_ES
