dc.descriptionThe thesis presented was carried out in order to determine the influence of Interpersonal Relations on the Labor Climate of the workers of the PMA E.I.R.L Distributor Company, year 2022. The type of research is quantitative, the type of simple random probabilistic sampling was used, the sample consisted of 80 workers who work in the distribution area. The techniques that were used were the interview, the survey, and the documentary analysis, having as instruments the interview record, the questionnaire, the summary and document analysis sheets. Regarding the results, it was obtained that Interpersonal Relations have a positive influence on the Work Climate of workers, since there is assertive communication, which promotes favorable attitudes in the workers of the organization and generates a harmonious work environment that facilitates interactions with co-workers and distribution area supervisors.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa tesis presentada se realizó con el fin de determinar la influencia de las Relaciones Interpersonales en el Clima Laboral de los trabajadores de la Empresa Distribuidora PMA E.I.R.L, año 2022. El tipo de investigación es cuantitativa, se empleó el tipo de muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, la muestra constó de 80 trabajadores que laboran en el área de distribución. Las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron la entrevista, la encuesta, y el análisis documental, teniendo como instrumentos el registro de entrevista, el cuestionario, las fichas de resumen y de análisis de documentos. En cuanto a los resultados se obtuvo que las Relaciones Interpersonales influyen de manera positiva en el Clima Laboral de los trabajadores, ya que existe una comunicación asertiva, lo que promueve actitudes favorables en los trabajadores de la organización y que genera un ambiente laboral armonioso que facilita las interacciones con los compañeros de trabajo y supervisores del área de distribución.es_PE
