| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación cuantitativa, de tipo descriptiva, correlacional, de corte transversal, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el apoyo emocional brindado por la enfermera y ansiedad preoperatorio en el Hospital de Jaén. La muestra estuvo conformada por 75 pacientes que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Para medir el apoyo emocional se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista y el cuestionario elaborado por Pérez Paredes y Ramírez Caballero (1997) y escala de ansiedad estado – rasgo, (Idare) versión española, adaptado por la autora. El análisis estadístico y procesamiento de datos se realizó en software SPSS versión 25. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación mostraron que: 97.33% el apoyo emocional es bueno, 2.67% es regular, el 90.67%. de pacientes presentaron un grado de ansiedad bajo, el 9.33% ansiedad medio, no se presentó ningun grado alto de ansiedad. | dc.description.abstract | The present quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional research aimed to determine the relationship between the emotional support provided by the nurse and preoperative anxiety in the Hospital of Jaén. The sample consisted of 75 patients who met the inclusion criteria. To measure emotional support, the interview technique and the questionnaire developed by Pérez Paredes and Ramirez Caballero (1997) and the state-trait anxiety scale, (Idare) Spanish version, adapted by the author, were used. Statistical analysis and data processing were performed using SPSS version 25 software.
