Abstract
El objetivo general de esta investigación, ha sido determinar la relación del Salario emocional y el
desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la Panadería – Pastelería El Maná E.I.R.L. Distrito Trujillo,
2021. La problemática de estudio originó la pregunta: ¿Qué relación existe entre el emocional y el
desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la Panadería pastelería El Maná E.I.R.L. Distrito Trujillo,
2021?; planteando la hipótesis alternativa: Existe una relación positiva y significativa entre el Salario
emocional y el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la Panadería – Pastelería El Maná E.I.R.L.
Distrito Trujillo, 2021. Esta investigación es de tipo aplicada, transversal, con diseño no experimental
– correlacional; se recolecto la información sobre el total de la población de 21 colaboradores a quienes
se aplicó el Cuestionario de Salario Emocional, y el Cuestionario de desempeño Laboral, se empleó la
prueba de Rho de Spearman obteniendo un valor de .54 y un P-valor de .000< 0.05, mostrando relación
positiva significativa entre las variables, aceptando la hipótesis alternativa de que existe relación entre
el salario emocional con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores, asimismo, a nivel de las
dimensiones, con oportunidades de desarrollo y el balance de vida con el desempeño laboral en los
colaboradores.
The general objective of this research has been to determine the relationship between emotional salary and job performance in the employees of the Bakery – Pastry Shop El Maná E.I.R.L. Trujillo District, 2021. The study problem gave rise to the question: What relationship exists between the emotional state and work performance in the employees of the El Maná E.I.R.L. Pastry Bakery? Trujillo District, 2021? posing the alternative hypothesis: There is a positive and significant relationship between emotional salary and job performance in the employees of the El Maná E.I.R.L. Bakery – Pastry Shop. Trujillo District, 2021. This research is applied, transversal, with a non-experimental – correlational design; Information was collected on the total population of 21 collaborators to whom the Emotional Salary Questionnaire and the Job Performance Questionnaire were applied. Spearman's Rho test was used, obtaining a value of .54 and a P-value of .000 < 0.05, showing a significant positive relationship between the variables, accepting the alternative hypothesis that there is a relationship between the emotional salary with the work performance of the collaborators, also, at the level of the dimensions, with development opportunities and life balance with the work performance of collaborators.
