| dc.description | This research descriptive, transverse and correlational court, was conducted during the months of July and August 2015 on the premises of Leoncio Prado Hospital of Huamachuco province Sánchez Carrión, in order to determine S. The Relationship Between Knowledge Mother Breastfeeding Exclusive and neonatal glycemia. The sample universe consisted of 30 mothers of term infants Unit Maternity Hospital Leoncio Prado Huamachuco, taking into account the criteria for inclusion. Data collection was obtained by the application of instruments: Knowledge of Mother Breastfeeding and neonatal glycemia control. Were Tabulated data obtained and presented in the Statistical Tables of single and double entry. Statistical Analysis for the test of independence of criteria (x2) was applied. After analysis they were reached the following conclusions: The level of knowledge of the mother on exclusive breastfeeding was good in 70 percent, normal is 24 percent and 6 percent. The relationship between the level of knowledge of the mother and the glycemia of the neonate at 2 hours of life (P: 0.007 highly significant relationship) and 6 hours of life (P: 0.049 significant relationship) was determined, with no relation between the level Knowledge of the mother and the glycemia of the neonate at birth. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La investigación de tipo descriptivo, de corte transversal, correlacional, se realizó durante los meses de Julio a Agosto del 2015 en las instalaciones del Hospital Leoncio Prado Huamachuco, provincia Sánchez Carrión, con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre los conocimientos de la madre sobre lactancia materna exclusiva y la glicemia neonatal. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 30 madres de recién nacidos sanos hospitalizados en el servicio de alojamiento conjunto del hospital Leoncio Prado, teniendo en cuenta los criterios de inclusión. La recolección de datos se obtuvo mediante la aplicación de los instrumentos: Conocimientos de la madre sobre Lactancia Materna Exclusiva y Ficha de Registro de Glicemia Neonatal. Los datos obtenidos fueron tabulados y presentados en tablas estadísticas de simple y doble entrada. Para el análisis estadístico se aplicó la prueba de independencia de criterios (x2). Despues del análisis se llegarón a las siguientes conclusiones: El nivel de conocimientos de la madre sobre lactancia materna exclusiva fue bueno en un 70 por ciento, regular en 24 por ciento y deficiente en 6 por ciento. La glicemia neonatal al nacer y a las 6 horas de vida se mostraron dentro de valores normales; se presento un caso de hipoglicemia neonatal a las 2 horas de vida. Se determinó la relación entre el nivel de conocimientos de la madre y la glicemia del neonato a las 2 horas (p: 0.007 relacion altamente significativa) y 6 horas de vida (p: 0.049 relacion significativa); al nacer no existió relacion entre las dos variables de estudio (p: 0.295 relacion no significativa). | es_PE |
