Abstract
ABSTRACT The objective of this report on pre-professional practices is to evaluate the risk analyzes of the different processes of a Drugstore. The method used was the failure mode and effect analysis, which consisted of determining the risk priority number (RPN) and classifying the failure modes according to qualification criteria so that all risks are controlled and the actions taken preventive measures allow reducing the RPN of the highest priority risks. The results obtained from the 3 processes evaluated were: distribution of medical samples (RPN = 1-9), delivery of medical samples through a logistics operator to doctors (RPN = 1-9), and commercialization of products (RPN = 1 -9), which indicates that in all 3 cases the risks are accepted. Therefore, it is concluded that the evaluation of the risk analysis of the processes facilitated decision-making based on evidence to ensure the quality of processes and their continuous improvement.
