dc.descriptionThe following report, exposes the results obtained from the determination of the Rheumatoid Factor test carried out on 63 adults who go to the local neighborhood council of the Huanchaco hills in the José Olaya sector in May 2015. By means of the plate agglutination test, also determine the percentage of women and men with positive and negative rheumatoid factor. 9.5% of the samples processed were positive tests to the FR and 90.5% negative tests. On the other hand, the distribution of participants by age is shown, classifying them in the range of ages 20 - 41, 42 - 63, 64 - 86 years, noting that adults whose age range is between 42 and 63 years have a higher frequency of positive reaction to FR. In addition, it is exposed that family history, as well as tobacco consumption if they are statistically significant risk factors (p <0.05) to acquire rheumatoid arthritis, while sex, age, diseases acquired by people, alcohol consumption and coffee consumption are not statistically significant factors (p> 0.05). At the end they proceeded to inform each one about the results obtained in the clinical analysis and then proceeded to provide the appropriate guidance to maintain their healthes_PE
dc.description.abstractEl siguiente informe, expone los resultados obtenidos de la determinación de la prueba de Factor Reumatoide realizado en 63 adultos que acudieron al local de la junta vecinal de las lomas de Huanchaco sector José Olaya en mayo del 2015. Mediante la prueba de aglutinación en placa, así mismo se determinó el porcentaje de las mujeres y hombres con Factor Reumatoide positivo y negativo. El 9.5% de las muestras procesadas fueron pruebas positivas al FR y el 90.5% pruebas negativas. Por otra parte, se muestra la distribución de los participantes por edades clasificándolas en rango de edades 20 – 41, 42 – 63, 64 – 86 años, observando que los adultos cuyo rango de edad esta entre los 42 y 63 años tienen una mayor frecuencia de reacción positiva al FR. Además, se expone que los antecedentes familiares, asi como el consumo de tabaco si son factores de riesgo estadísticamente significativa (p< 0.05) para adquirir artritis reumatoide, mientras que el sexo, la edad, las enfermedades adquiridas por las personas, el consumo de alcohol y el consumo de café no son factores estadísticamente significativos (p>0.05). Al término se procedió a informar a cada uno acerca de los resultados obtenidos en el análisis clínico y luego se procedió a brindar la orientación adecuada para mantener su saludes_PE
