Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la incidencia entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Huaso, Julcán 2023. para esto se utilizó la investigación tipo descriptiva, correlacional, transversal, con una muestra de 30 colaboradores internos de la empresa , dicha investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, se utilizó como técnica la encuesta e instrumento el cuestionario y como estrategia metodológica se utilizó el Microsoft y el programa estadístico SPSS v26 concluyendo que la existencia de una incidencia significativa, lo mismo sucedió con las competencias técnicas, las habilidades interpersonales, la creatividad e innovación con respecto al desempeño laboral.
ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to determine the incidence between human talent management and the job performance of the employees of the District Municipality of Huaso, Julcán 2023. For this, the descriptive, correlational, transversal type research was used, with a sample of 30 internal collaborators of the company, said research was of a quantitative approach, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument and as a methodological strategy, Microsoft and the SPSS v26 statistical program were used, concluding that the existence of a significant influence, the same happened with technical competencies, interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation with respect to job performance.
