Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la Gestión administrativa y la satisfacción del usuario en la Unidad de Promoción de la Salud - Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión, 2020; se utilizó el diseño no experimental, pertenece al tipo transversal; la población está conformada por 35 colaboradores de la Unidad de Promoción de la Salud - Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión, se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados arrojaron que el 29% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la gestión administrativa es bueno, el 31% indicaron que es regular y el 40% indicaron que es bajo. Por lo tanto, el nivel es bajo. El 26% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la satisfacción de los usuarios es bueno, el 31% indicaron que es regular y el 43% indicaron que es bajo. Por lo tanto, el nivel es bajo. Como conclusión principal se obtuvo una correlación de Rho de Spearman = 0.868 entre las variables gestión administrativa y satisfacción del usuario, con un valor de significancia de un ρ-valor < 0.05, por lo tanto, la gestión administrativa tiene una relación directa y significativa con la satisfacción del usuario en la Unidad de Promoción de la Salud – Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión, 2020.
