Abstract
El objetivo general de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el work engagement y la intención de rotación de los colaboradores de la empresa Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, Lima 2023. El presente estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y de alcance descriptivo correlacional, la muestra fue de 50 colaboradores, la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados indicaron que el 42% de los empleados indicaron que el nivel del work engagement de la empresa Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, Lima 2023 es malo, el 34% indicaron que el nivel es regular y el 24% indicaron que es bueno. Por lo tanto, el nivel es malo. El 42% de los empleados indicaron que el nivel de la intención de rotación de los colaboradores de la empresa Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, Lima 2023 es alto, el 36% indicaron que el nivel es regular y el 22% indicaron que es bajo. Por lo tanto, el nivel es alto. Como conclusión principal se determinó que el work engagement se relaciona negativamente y significativamente con la intención de rotación de los colaboradores de la empresa Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, Lima 2023 (Rho Spearman: -0.825; Sig. 0.000).
ABSTRACT The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship that exists between work engagement and the turnover intention of the employees of the company Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, Lima 2023. The present study has a quantitative approach, applied, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational descriptive scope, the sample was 50 collaborators, the technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results indicated that 42% of employees indicated that the level of work engagement of the company Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, Lima 2023 is bad, 34% indicated that the level is regular and 24% indicated that it is good. Therefore, the level is bad. 42% of the employees indicated that the level of turnover intention of the employees of the company Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, Lima 2023 is high, 36% indicated that the level is regular and 22% indicated that it is low. Therefore, the level is high.
