Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la relación del Lean Manufacturing (5´S) con la atención al cliente en la empresa Inversiones Perú Mas S.A.C, 2020, fue de tipo descriptiva y correlacional, lo que permitió recopilar información sobre la variable independiente con respecto a la dependiente y poder determinar la correlación estadística, como instrumento de recolección de datos utilizó al cuestionario, la muestra fue determinada con muestreo aleatorio simple, donde se obtuvo (n) = 173 clientes de la empresa Inversiones Perú Mas S.A.C, 2020, posterior al procesamiento de la información, se pudo concluir que: Se determinó la relación del Lean Manufacturing (5´S) con la atención al cliente en la empresa Inversiones Perú Mas S.A.C, 2020, siendo de 0.905 puntos, catalogada en la escala de Pearson como una Correlación positiva muy fuerte, a una significancia menor a 0,05 (bilateral).
