Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, determinar de qué manera influye el diseño web en la experiencia de los usuarios del banco Scotiabank, agencia Metro Santa Elena, Chiclayo 2023. Siguió una metodología analítica e inductiva, con diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo y de corte transversal, cuya muestra estuvo conformada por 367 clientes del banco a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de escala Likert. Asimismo, para el procesamiento de la información se utilizó el programa estadístico IBM SPSS Statistics 2017. Los hallazgos indicaron que, mediante la regresión lineal se encontró (p<0,05; R2=0,533). Concluyendo que influye de manera significativa, directa el diseño web en un 53,3% en la experiencia de los usuarios del banco.
ABSTRACT The main objective of this research was to determine how web design influences the user experience of Scotiabank, Metro Santa Elena agency, Chiclayo 2023. It followed an analytical and inductive methodology, with a non-experimental design, quantitative and cross-sectional approach, whose sample consisted of 367 customers of the bank to whom a Likert scale questionnaire was applied. Likewise, the IBM SPSS Statistics 2017 statistical program was used to process the information. The findings indicated that, by means of linear regression it was found (p<0.05; R2=0.533). Concluding that the web design has a significant, direct influence of 53.3% on the experience of the bank's users.
