Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la relación que existe entre las estrategias de
gestión administrativa y la calidad educativa en la sede Utcubamba de la Universidad
Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza- Amazonas, 2022. El enfoque fue cuantitativo, tipo
aplicado, diseño no experimental, correlacional, transeccional; la muestra la constituyeron
80 estudiantes de la sede de la universidad; se emplearon 2 cuestionarios válidos a juicio de
expertos y con un Alfa de Cronbach de 0.739 y 0.795, para el procesamiento de los resultados
se empleó la aplicación estadística SPSS V26. Los resultados manifiestan que las estrategias
de gestión administrativa muestran un nivel regular de acuerdo con el 66.3% de los
estudiantes; mientras que la calidad educativa muestra un nivel medio de acuerdo con el
66.3%. Se llegó a la conclusión de que existe relación significativa entre las estrategias
de gestión administrativa y la calidad educativa en la sede Utcubamba de la Universidad
Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza- Amazonas, 2022; dado el valor del Coeficiente de
correlación de Spearman=0.858 que indica una alta correlación positiva sumado al nivel de
significancia p=0.000 por debajo del 1%.
The study aimed to determine the relationship between administrative management strategies and educational quality at the Utcubamba headquarters of the National University Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza-Amazonas, 2022. The approach was quantitative, applied type, non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlative design; the sample was 80 students from the National University of Toribio Rodríguez of Mendoza in Amazonas- headquarters of Utcubamba during 2022; two valid questionnaires were used in the opinion of experts and with a Cronbach Alpha of 0.739 and 0.795, the SPSS V26 statistical program was used to process the results. The results show that administrative management strategies show a regular level according to 66.3% of students; while educational quality presents an average level according to 66.3%. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between administrative management strategies and educational quality at the Utcubamba headquarters of the National University Toribio Rodríguez of Mendoza- Amazonas, 2022; given the value of the Spearman correlation coefficient=0.858 indicating a high positive correlation added to the level of significance p=0.000 below 1%.
