Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación entre
clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores en la empresa “Mundo
Laboral Management & Servicios Corporativos SAC”. La metodología aplicada fue
de tipo descriptivo correlacional y enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra utilizada fue la
empresa Mundo Laboral Management & Servicios Corporativos SAC. La técnica
empleada para recolectar la información fue la encuesta y el instrumento,
cuestionario que estuvo validado a través de experto y la herramienta estadística de
SPSS versión 26 para contrastar la hipótesis. El estudio concluyó que la relación entre
el clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral es significativa y positiva lo cual
repercute en el cumplimiento de las funciones y habilidades de los trabajadores.
The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of workers in the company “Mundo Laboral Management & Servicios Corporativos SAC”. The technique used to collect the information was the survey and the instrument, a questionnaire that was validated through an expert and the statistical tool of SPSS version 26 to contrast the hypothesis. The study concluded that the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction is significant and positive, which has an impact on the fulfillment of the functions and skills of the workers.
