NUÑEZ REYNA JIM PATRICK La Municipalidad Distrital de Laredo, brinda una serie de servicios a la población Laredina y en el tiempo se han aparecido una serie de inconvenientes al gestionar algún trámite. Como fase inicial, se determinar los inconvenientes actuales como la falta de información de gestión, uso excesivo de tiempo al elaborar informes, así como una baja satisfacción indicada por los usuarios del proceso. Por ello, se planteó el objetivo de desarrollar la Analítica de Negocios para agilizar la toma de decisiones en la gestión documentaria de la Municipalidad Distrital de Laredo. El diseño de la investigación se estableció como cuasi-experimental, donde la población de interés fueron los ejecutivos y analistas involucrados en el proceso en estudio. Entre los resultados significativos obtenidos, se destaca una reducción del 98.81% en preparar informes, una disminución de 99.29% en el tiempo de búsqueda de informes, y un incremento del 54.42% en el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios.

NUÑEZ REYNA JIM PATRICK The Laredo District Municipality provides a series of services to the Laredo population and over time a series of inconveniences have appeared when managing a procedure. As an initial phase, the current inconveniences were determined, such as the lack of management information, excessive use of time when preparing reports, as well as a low satisfaction indicated by the users of the process. Therefore, the objective of developing Business Analytics to speed up decision making in the document management of the Laredo District Municipality was raised. The research design was established as quasi-experimental, where the population of interest were the executives and analysts involved in the process under study. Among the significant results obtained, a 98.81% reduction in preparing reports, a 99.29% decrease in the time spent searching for reports, and a 54.42% increase in the level of user satisfaction stand out.
