Abstract
En esta investigación, se valoró la aplicación del “Modelo Pedagógico Dialogante” para mejorar la gestión escolar en la organización educativa privada “Santa Rita”, El Porvenir, 2021.
Es una investigación cuantitativa, básica, diseño pre – experimental, con un solo grupo muestral no aleatoria, compuesto por dieciséis unidades muestrales a quien se le aplicó un cuestionario conteniendo cuarenta ítems. Se utilizó el método hipotético deductivo y el estadígrafo “t” de Student para comprobación de hipótesis, con quince grados de libertad, con un nivel de significancia de 0.10 y con 90% de confianza. En estas condiciones, se demostró, que se mejoró la gestión escolar, por efecto de la aplicación del “Modelo pedagógico dialogante” en los profesores de la organización educativa, motivo de la presente investigación, al avanzar del nivel “Deficiente” con puntaje promedio de 13.90, al nivel “Muy Eficiente” con puntaje promedio de 54.80.
In this research, the application of the 'Effects of the Dialogue Model to improve school management of teachers in the private educational organization "Santa Rita", El Porvenir, 2021' is evaluated. It is a quantitative, basic research, pre-experimental design, with a single non-random sample group, made up of sixteen sample units to whom a questionnaire containing forty items was applied. The deductive hypothetical method and Student's "t" statistic were used to verify the hypothesis, with fifteen degrees of freedom, with a significance level of 0.10 and with 90% confidence. Under these conditions, it was demonstrated that school management was improved, due to the application of the "Dialogue Pedagogical Model" in the teachers of the educational organization, the reason for the present investigation, by advancing from the "Deficient" level with an average score of 13.90, at the "Very Efficient" level with an average score of 54.80.
