Abstract
El desarrollo del estudio tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de una mejora en el proceso de etiquetado del área de producción para reducir los costos operativos de la empresa Hortifrut Perú S.A. Para lo cual se planteó en primer lugar la identificación de los problemas, la redacción del diagnóstico y a partir de ello, la priorización de las causas raíces mediante el diagrama de Pareto. Se evidenció que la causa crítica falta de políticas de gestión de producción, partiendo que no cuentan con un personal capacitado; lo que no permite lograr los objetivos generando pérdidas para la empresa de S/358 905,00. Las mejoras de implementación contienen procedimientos de desarrollo, lluvia de ideas, análisis causa-efecto; así como el uso de las herramientas de ingeniería: estandarización del proceso y balance de línea, todas ellas vinculadas con un programa de capacitación para el personal. Finalmente, con la mejora se logró obtener un beneficio de S/115 748,50 y para poder ver la factibilidad económica financiera se evaluó obteniendo un VAN de S/1 039 257,24; una TIR de 47 % y un periodo de recuperación de la inversión de 2,1 meses.
This research has as objective the development of an improvement in the labeling process of the production area to reduce the operating costs of the company Hortifrut Perú S.A. For which the identification of the problems, the drafting of the diagnosis and from this, the prioritization of the root causes through the Pareto diagram were proposed in the first place. It was evidenced that the critical cause is the lack of production management policies, given that they do not have trained personnel; which does not allow the objectives to be achieved, generating losses for the company of S/358 905,00. Implementation improvements contain development procedures, brainstorming, cause-effect analysis; as well as the use of engineering tools: process standardization and line balance, all of them linked to a training program for personnel. Finally, with the improvement it was possible to obtain a benefit of S/115 748,50 and in order to see the financial economic feasibility, it was evaluated obtaining a NPV of S/1 039 257,24; an IRR of 47% and a payback period of 2,1 months.
