Estresores laborales y percepción de autoeficacia del cuidado humanizado en enfermeras asistenciales

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio descriptivo correlacional, se realizó en enfermeras(os) del servicio de medicina A y B del hospital Belén de Trujillo con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre estresores laborales y la percepción de autoeficacia del cuidado humanizado. La muestra estuvo constituida por 32 enfermeras, para recolectar los datos se aplicaron los instrumentos Estresores Laborales de Enfermería (Nursing Stress Scale) y Percepción de Autoeficacia del Cuidado Humanizado (Caring Efficacy Scale). Los resultados muestran que el 68% de enfermeras(os) presentaron escasos estresores laborales. Respecto a los estresores por dimensiones, se evidencia nivel medio para el ambiente físico con 43.8%, ambiente psicológico con 46.9%, a diferencia del ambiente social con 96.9% que tuvo nivel escaso de estrés laboral; mientras que el 96.9% tuvo autoeficacia media para el cuidado humanizado. La prueba tau b de Kendall no evidencia relación significativa entre las variables de estudio. No se encontró relación entre los estresores laborales y el cuidado humanizado brindado por personal de enfermería. | |
dc.description.abstract | The present descriptive correlational study was carried out on nurses from the A and B medicine service of the Belén hospital in Trujillo with the objective of determining the relationship between work stressors and the perception of self-efficacy of humanized care. The sample consisted of 32 nurses. To collect data, the Nursing Work Stressors (Nursing Stress Scale) and Humanized Care Self-Efficacy Perception (Caring Efficacy Scale) instruments were applied. The results show that 68% of nurses presented few work stressors. Regarding the stressors by dimensions, a medium level is evident for the physical environment with 43.8%, psychological environment with 46.9%, unlike the social environment with 96.9%, which had a low level of work stress; while 96.9% had average self-efficacy for humanized care. Kendall's tau b test does not show a significant relationship between the study variables. No relationship was found between work stressors and the humanized care provided by nursing staff. | |
