The population was formed by the total of 42 nurses (you) who work in the emergency service. To collect information was applied an instrument of two parts, the first a test to determine the stress factors and the second a scale to determine the degree of job satisfaction of health personnel, to measure the statistical significance is It used the criteria "Chi - square", reaching the following conclusion: 66.7% have medium exposure to the risk of involvement, depending on the type of the personal stress factors and labor have greater predominance with a 59.5 each, depending on the degree of satisfaction a 64.3% fairly satisfied with your work. dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación de tipo descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal, se realizó con el objetivo de determinar los factores estresantes y la satisfacción laboral de la Enfermera del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, ES SALUD Trujillo, La Libertad. La población estuvo conformada por el total de 42 enfermeras (os) que laboran en el servicio de Emergencia. Para recoger la información se aplicó un instrumento de dos partes, la primera un test para determinar los factores estresantes y la segunda una escala para determinar el grado de satisfacción laboral del personal de salud, para medir la significación estadística se utilizó los criterios “Chi – cuadrado”, llegándose a la siguiente conclusión: el 66.7% tiene mediana exposición al riesgo de afectación, según el tipo de factores estresantes los personales y laborales tienen mayor predominio con un 59.5 cada uno, según el grado de satisfacción un 64.3 % esta medianamente satisfecho con su trabajo. No existe relación entre las variables en estudio, x2 = 4,875 con p= 0.087, siendo no significativo.es_PE
