Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo principal determinar de qué manera la inadecuada comunicación interna influye negativamente en el desarrollo organizacional de la empresa Arato Perú S.A. desarrollando una investigación descriptiva.
Para llevar a cabo este estudio, de la población total de 166 colaboradores, se trabajó con una población muestral del 70% representada por 30 empleados y 86 operarios a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta sobre comunicación interna y desarrollo organizacional y luego de ello se realizó un análisis sobre la correlación de las dos variables.
Se concluye que la inadecuada comunicación interna influye negativamente en el desarrollo organizacional de la empresa Arato Perú S.A., pues menos del 35% de los colaboradores identifican a los medios de comunicación interna que la empresa ha implementado para difundir sus procedimientos de trabajo y planificación estratégica.
The main objective of this research is to determine how inadequate internal communication negatively influences the organizational development of Arato Perú S.A., using a descriptive research approach. To carry out this study, a sample of 70% of the total population of 166 employees was used, comprising 30 employees and 86 operators. They were surveyed on internal communication and organizational development, followed by an analysis of the correlation between the two variables. The study concludes that inadequate internal communication negatively impacts the organizational development of Arato Perú S.A., as less than 35% of employees identify the internal communication channels implemented by the company to disseminate its work procedures and strategic planning.
