| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación descriptiva y correlacional, con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el nivel de información y el grado de ansiedad del paciente pre quirúrgico del Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta - Trujillo, 2022. La muestra estuvo conformada por 112 pacientes prequirúrgicos cumpliendo con los criterios establecidos y a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos, el primer instrumento “Encuesta para nivel de información del paciente prequirúrgico” y el segundo instrumento “Encuesta para el grado de ansiedad en el paciente prequirúrgico”, los datos obtenidos fueron evaluados y procesados empleando el Statisctics 25 paquete estadístico IBM mediante la prueba estadística Tau b de Kendall. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre la variable nivel de información y el grado de ansiedad. El 95% de pacientes prequirúrgicos con nivel de información alto tuvieron grado de ansiedad leve, el 36,4% grado de ansiedad moderado y el 10% grado de ansiedad severo. | dc.description.abstract | The present descriptive and correlational research, with the objective of determining the relationship between the level of information and the degree of anxiety of the pre-surgical patient at the Virgen de la Puerta High Complexity Hospital - Trujillo, 2022. The sample consisted of 112 pre-surgical patients meeting the established criteria and to whom two instruments were applied, the first instrument "Survey for the level of information of the pre-surgical patient" and the second instrument "Survey for the degree of anxiety in the pre-surgical patient”, the data obtained were evaluated and processed using the Statisctics 25 IBM statistical using Kendall's Tau b statistical test. The results obtained show that there is a statistically significant relationship between the information level variable and the degree of anxiety. 95% of pre-surgical patients with a high level of information had a mild degree of anxiety, 36.4% a moderate degree of anxiety and 10% a severe degree of anxiety.
