Planeación estratégica y acompañamiento pedagógico en docentes de una institución educativa - 2022

Abstract
La planeación estratégica es fundamental para garantizar procesos adecuados de gestión del
acompañamiento pedagógico que permita garantizar el incremento de calidad educativa en
las instituciones educativas. El propósito del estudio fue determinar el grado de relación que
existe entre la planeación estratégica y el acompañamiento pedagógico en los docentes de la
Institución Educativa. La investigación siguió el enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, tipo
descriptivo correlacional transversal, los instrumentos que se utilizaron fueron un
cuestionario de planeación estratégica y un cuestionario de acompañamiento pedagógico los
que cuentan con confiabilidad y validez por juicio de expertos. La población de estudio
estuvo constituida por 43 docentes, se usó una muestra no probabilística, considerando el
total de la población como parte de la muestra. Los resultados indican que la calificación
que sobresale se ubica en un nivel de logrado con 65% en relación a planeación estratégica
y un nivel de logro en proceso con 84% en acompañamiento pedagógico. Se concluye que
existe una correlación positiva alta y altamente significativa entre la planeación estratégica
y acompañamiento pedagógico (r = 0.988, p<0.01), es decir a mayores niveles de planeación
estratégica, mejor acompañamiento pedagógico.
Strategic planning is fundamental to guarantee adequate processes of management of the pedagogical accompaniment to guarantee the increase of educational quality in educational institutions. The purpose of the study was to determine the degree of relationship that exists between strategic planning and pedagogical accompaniment in the teachers of the Educational Institution. The research followed the quantitative, non-experimental, crosssectional descriptive approach, the instruments that were used were a strategic planning questionnaire and a pedagogical accompaniment questionnaire that have reliability and validity by expert judgment. The study population was made up of 43 teachers, a nonprobabilistic sample was used, considering the total population as part of the sample. The results indicate that the outstanding score is at a level of achievement with 65% in relation to strategic planning and an achievement level in process with 84% in pedagogical accompaniment. It is concluded that there is a high and highly significant positive correlation between strategic planning and pedagog accompaniment.
