dc.descriptionThe present work of investigation was elaborated by the purpose of determining the solution to the raised problem: ¿of what way the liderazgo gerencial influence the labor performance of the workers of the company Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla – period 2015? With the determination of this work. The investigator will put emphasis in the raisd hypothesis: The liderazgo gerencial influence in a direct way, since there improves the labor performance of the workers of the Company Municipalidd Distrital de Castilla. For the present research report the design was in use descriptive – transseccional, statistician; and there was applied a questionnaire of 24 questions to a sample of 60 persons as technology of investigation you pool applied to the personnel of the company Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla. We can highlight that the liderazgo organizacionales influences the impact his labor performance of the workers doing that this one is the most suitable. Since conclusion of the same one the liderazgo organizacionales influences directly labor performance of the workers of the company, where it allows him to develop and they are effective the member f the group exercise it for own conviction.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró con la finalidad de determinar la solución al problema planteado: ¿Cómo el liderazgo gerencial influye en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla – Periodo 2015? Con la determinación de este trabajo, la investigadora pondrá énfasis en la hipótesis planteada: El liderazgo gerencial influye favorablemente en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla. Para el presente informe de investigación se utilizó el diseño descriptiva – transaccional, estadístico; y se aplicó un cuestionario de 24 preguntas a una nuestra de 60 personas, como técnica de investigación la encuesta aplicadas al persal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla. Podemos resaltar que el liderazgo gerencial influye favorablemente en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla. Como conclusión el mismo liderazgo gerencial influye favorablemente en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Castilla.es_PE
