Abstract
El estudio de investigación se desarrolló en una agencia de aduana llamada Despachos
Aduaneros Chavimochic S.A.C, tuvo como objetivo principal analizar el employee
experience en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección, corresponde a una investigación de
tipo básica de enforque cualitativo, nivel descriptivo y de diseño narrativo. Los instrumentos
de investigación utilizados fueron la observación no participativa y las entrevistas semi
estructuradas. Se aplicó el employee journey map al proceso de reclutamiento y selección a
todo el personal conformado como parte de la muestra, los mismos que debían tener 06
meses de antigüedad contabilizados a partir de su fecha de ingreso a la organización.
La investigación realizada ha permitido conocer la experiencia de los candidatos en relación
al procedimiento de reclutamiento y selección, el cual marca los puntos contacto desde la
fase atracción, reclutamiento, selección, contratación hasta el onboarding. Ha permitido
conocer cuáles son los puntos que se deben fortalecer, mejorar, reforzar y mantener a fin de
conseguir una experiencia placentera la cual forme parte de su ciclo laboral dentro de la
organización.
The research study was developed in a customs agency called Despachos Aduaneros Chavimochic S.A.C. Its main objective was to analyze the employee experience in the recruitment and selection process. It corresponds to a basic type of research with a qualitative approach, descriptive level and narrative design. . The research instruments used were nonparticipatory observation and semi-structured interviews. The employee journey map was applied to the recruitment and selection process to all personnel formed as part of the sample, who had to have 06 months of seniority counted from their date of joining the organization. The research carried out has allowed us to know the experience of the candidates in relation to the recruitment and selection procedure, which marks the contact points from the attraction, recruitment, selection, hiring phase to onboarding. It has made it possible to know which points must be strengthened, improved, reinforced and maintained in order to achieve a pleasant experience which is part of their work cycle within the organization.
