dc.descriptionThe present research work, entitled: "Institutional Strategic Plan to improve the Administrative - Pedagogical Management of the Rafael Narváez Cadenillas Experimental Educational Center, Trujillo 2019". The study was oriented with the purpose of structuring and proposing the use of strategic planning in administrative and pedagogical management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of institutional management processes. The methodology, according to its purpose, was an applied research and used a quasiexperimental design, evaluating the educational institution under study, "before" and "after" the application of the strategic plan. The sample consisted of the entire educational community. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the pedagogical and administrative management questionnaire, which was submitted to Cronbach's Alpha reliability, obtaining 0.947, which reflects a very high level of reliability. On the other hand, the validity was carried out through expert judgment, concluding that the instrument is applicable. The results are found at 95% reliability, where the value of the Z ratio is -3.831 as well as the significance value of the test is less than 0.05; consequently, the null hypothesis is refuted and the research hypothesis is supported. That is to say, it is accepted that the Institutional Strategic Plan allows the improvement in the Administrative - Pedagogical Management of the Rafael Narváez Cadenillas Experimental Educational Center, Trujillo 2019.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación, titulado: “Plan Estratégico Institucional para mejorar la Gestión Administrativa - Pedagógica del Centro Educativo Experimental Rafael Narváez Cadenillas, Trujillo 2019”. El estudio se orientó con la finalidad de estructurar y proponer sobre el uso del planeamiento estratégico en la gestión Administrativa y pedagógica para optimizar la eficacia y eficiencia de los procesos de la gestión institucional. La metodología, según su finalidad fue una investigación aplicada y empleó un diseño cuasi experimental, evaluando a la institución educativa en estudio, “antes” y “después” de la aplicación del plan estratégico. La muestra estuvo constituida por toda la comunidad educativa. La técnica de recojo de información fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario de gestión pedagógica y administrativa, el cual fue sometido a confiablidad de Alfa de Cronbach, obteniéndose 0,947 lo cual refleja un nivel muy alto de confiabilidad. Por otro lado, la validez se realizó a través de juicio de expertos, concluyendo que el instrumento es aplicable. Los resultados se encuentran al 95% de confiabilidad, donde arroja el valor de la razón Z de -3,831 así como el valor de significancia de la prueba es menor de 0,05; en consecuencia, se refuta la hipótesis nula y se admite la hipótesis de investigación.
