dc.descriptionThe research project is aimed at applying a Budget system, in order to study its impact on the development of the operational management of the construction company RIPESA PERU EIRL in 2017; it is of an applied and descriptive nature due to the nature of its treatment, belonging to the line of budget research; that in its problematic description it shows a deficiency in the budget development process in the acquisition and distribution of the materials; as well as the financing that does not help to achieve the goals set, including the lack of management manuals and therefore of a minimum budget plan; includes background especially in the local context, with the problematic and hypothesis, with the general objective of applying a Budget and its incidence in the development of the operative management of the company. The respective theoretical framework, the justification and the corresponding conceptual framework are considered; It also defines the population and shows the stages of research, the strategy to be developed and the methods and techniques for collecting information. In the same way, it is concluded that with the adequate application of a budget system it will allow and facilitate the obtaining and prevention of the necessary information in the areas such as Sales, Production, Logistics, Human Resources, Health and Safety and therefore in Budgeted Financial Statements.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl proyecto de investigación está orientado a aplicar un sistema de Presupuesto, para así poder estudiar su incidencia en el desarrollo de la gestión operativa de la empresa constructora RIPESA PERU EIRL en el año 2017; es de carácter aplicada y descriptiva por la naturaleza de su tratamiento, perteneciendo a la línea de la investigación del presupuesto; que en su descripción problemática muestra una deficiencia en el proceso del desarrollo del presupuesto en la adquisición y distribución de los materiales; así como la financiación que no ayuda a la obtención de las metas trazadas, incluyendo la falta de manuales de gestión y por lo tanto de un plan mínimo de presupuesto; incluye antecedentes especialmente en el contexto local, con la problemática e hipótesis, con el objetivo general de aplicar un Presupuesto y su incidencia en el desarrollo de la gestión operativa de la empresa. Se considera el marco teórico respectivo, la justificación y el marco conceptual correspondiente; asimismo define la población y muestra las etapas de investigación, la estrategia a desarrollar y los métodos y técnicas de recolección de información. Del mismo modo se llega a la conclusión que con la adecuada aplicación de un sistema de presupuesto permitirá y facilitara la obtención y prevención de la información necesaria en las áreas como Ventas, Producción, Logística, Recursos Humanos, Seguridad y Salud y por lo tanto en los Estados Financieros Presupuestados.es_PE
