dc.description.abstract | El estudio tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en el profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del hospital III EsSalud – Chimbote, 2021. Donde el estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional, con un diseño no experimental transversal, el universo muestral estuvo conformado por 30 enfermeros del servicio de emergencia a quienes se le aplicó dos instrumentos. Dentro de os resultados se encontró que el 40,0% de enfermeros refirieron que existe un clima organizacional regular, el 33,3% bueno y el 26,7% malo. Mientras, el 46.7% presentaron satisfacción laboral de nivel medio, el 30,0% de nivel alto y el 23,3% nivel bajo. Se concluyó que se rechazó la hipótesis nula y se acepta la de investigación, indicando que existe relación entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en el profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del hospital III EsSalud – Chimbote, 2021 | |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the nursing professional of the emergency service of the hospital III EsSalud - Chimbote, 2021. Where the study was of a quantitative approach, correlational level, with a non-experimental design. cross-sectional, the sample universe was made up of 30 nurses from the emergency service to whom two instruments were applied. Among the results, it was found that 40.0% of nurses reported that there is a regular organizational climate, 33.3% good and 26.7% bad. Meanwhile, 46.7% presented medium level job satisfaction, 30.0% high level and 23.3% low level. It was concluded that the null hypothesis was rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted, indicating that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the nursing professional of the emergency service of the hospital III EsSalud - Chimbote, 2021 | |
