Abstract
En el presente trabajo de investigación se ha aplicado la gestión integrada de servucción (GIS) en la empresa Maquinarias Industriales Hiroki S.A.C., con el propósito de incrementar la rentabilidad actualmente desempeñada. En este trabajo se desarrolló un modelo de gestión integrada de servucción (GIS) aplicada en la empresa a través del pensamiento sistémico, se integró las áreas operacionales, logística, manufactura y calidad y las áreas funcionales las cuales son finanzas, recursos humanos y marketing. Para incrementar la rentabilidad se tomó una población de las rentabilidades de la empresa Maquinarias Industriales Hiroki S.A.C. de los cuales se tomó una muestra de la rentabilidad del año 2017 y la rentabilidad del año 2018, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia. El diseño de investigación es pre experimental con pre prueba y post prueba. La técnica para recopilar datos fue la investigación bibliográfica, entrevistas, reuniones e investigación documental.
La aplicación del modelo de gestión integrada de servucción (GIS) en la empresa Maquinarias Industriales Hiroki S.A.C., permitió mejorar las áreas operacionales y áreas funcionales desde un punto de vista sistémico, lo cual permitió incrementar el nivel de rentabilidad de 16,9% en el año 2017 a una rentabilidad de 17,26% en el año 2018.
In this research has been applied integrated management of servuction (GIS) in the company “Maquinarias Industriales Hiroki S.A.C.”, with the aim of increasing the profitability currently performed. In this work we developed a model of integrated management of servuction (GIS) applied in the company through systemic thinking, it integrated the operational areas of logistics, manufacturing and quality and the functional areas which are finance, human resources and marketing. In order to increase profitability, a population was taken from the profits of the company Maquinarias Industriales Hiroki S.A.C., of which a sample was taken of the profitability of the year 2017 and the profitability of the year 2018, the sampling was not probabilistic for convenience. The research design is pre-experimental with pre-test and post-test. The technique for collecting data was bibliographic research, interviews, meetings and documentary research.
