Autoestima y habilidades sociales según dimensiones en estudiantes de enfermería

| dc.description | The present research of a quantitative, descriptive and correlational type was carried out at the Nursing Faculty of the National University of Trujillo - 2019, whose objective was to demonstrate the relationship between self-esteem and social skills according to their dimensions in nursing students. The sample consisted of 150 students, to whom two questionnaires were applied: the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the Questionnaire on Social Skills. To determine the type of relationship that exists, the Kendall tau b test was used. Where the following results were obtained: in relation to self-esteem, 78.7 percent of students presented a high self-esteem, followed by 12.0 percent with medium self-esteem and 9.3 percent with low self-esteem. Regarding social skills, 50.7 percent presented regular social skills, followed by 49.3 percent with good social skills. In addition, it was concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-esteem and social skills according to their dimensions. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación de tipo cuantitativa, descriptiva y correlacional se realizó en la Facultad de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo - 2019, cuyo objetivo fue demostrar la relación entre la autoestima y las habilidades sociales según sus dimensiones en estudiantes de enfermería. La muestra estuvo constituida por 150 estudiantes, a quienes se le aplicó dos cuestionarios: la Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg y Cuestionario sobre Habilidades Sociales. Para determinar el tipo de relación que existe, se utilizó la prueba tau b de Kendall. Donde se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: en relación a la autoestima el 78.7 por ciento de estudiantes presentaron una autoestima alta, seguido del 12.0 por ciento con autoestima media y el 9.3 por ciento con autoestima baja. En relación con las habilidades sociales, el 50.7 por ciento presentó habilidades sociales regulares, seguido del 49.3 por ciento con habilidades sociales buenas.
