dc.descriptionThe objective was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and quality of educational service at the "Rafael Narváez Cadenillas of Trujillo" Institution. The type of study was theoretical, with a quantitative approach; the method used was the hypothetical deductive with cross-sectional correlational design. The sample consisted of 36 teachers of the Institution. Likewise, the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument were used for the variables organizational culture and service quality with a Likert scale. The instrument was validated with the judgment of 5 experts and Cronbach's alpha test, yielding a reliability result of 0.955. The distribution of scores for each variable and dimension was calculated using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, with a significance of 0.05, since no normal distribution was found, the median and interquartile range were calculated. Spearman's correlation was used to test the hypothesis. It is concluded that there is a significant correlation between the variables organizational culture and the service with a pvalue of 0.01; Likewise, a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.45 was evidenced, showing a moderate positive correlation between organizational culture and quality of educational service at the Rafael Narváez Cadenillas educational institution of Trujillo.es_PE
dc.description.abstractSe planteó como objetivo determinar la relación entre cultura organizacional y calidad del servicio educativo en la institución “Rafael Narváez Cadenillas de Trujillo”. El tipo de estudio fue teórico, con enfoque cuantitativo; el método empleado fue el hipotético deductivo con diseño correlacional transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 36 docentes de la institución. Así mismo, se utilizó la técnica encuesta y el instrumento cuestionario para las variables cultura organizacional y calidad de servicio con una escala de Likert. Se validó el instrumento con el juicio de 5 expertos y se determinó su fiabilidad con la prueba de alfa de Cronbach arrojando un resultado de 0.955 de confianza. Se calculó distribución de puntajes de cada variable y dimensión usando el test de normalidad de Shapiro-Wilk, con significancia de 0.05 al no encontrar distribución normal se calculó la mediana y rango intercuartílico. Para probar la hipótesis se usó correlación de Spearman. Se concluye que existe correlación significativa entre las variables cultura organizacional y la calidad de servicio con un p-valor de 0.01; asimismo, se evidenció un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman de 0.45 mostrando una correlación positiva moderada entre la cultura organizacional y calidad del servicio educativo en la institución educativa Rafael Narváez Cadenillas de Trujilloes_PE
