dc.descriptionThe search for the best results in the management of the servers of the Sanagoran District Municipality has been the main motivation for carrying out the present research work, determining the work climate felt in the different areas of work as well as the Organizational performance, gives us the necessary guidelines to perform the interventions that are needed in certain variables, to reorient the way in which the work is carried out in the Sanagoran District Municipality, thus improving the current levels of performance of the servers as well As well as the results achieved by them. The research of descriptive type used the Research Methodology of Type: Applied, non-experimental and descriptive, was used the Inductive-Deductive Method, Hypothetical-Deductive Method and the Analysis-Synthesis Method, also used the survey as a research technique. In order to carry out the present research work, the servers of the Sanagoran District Municipality have been taken as population, according to the nature of their labor regimes, they belong to various recruitment and / or appointment laws, such as hired and / Or named who belong to Law 276 "Law of Bases of the Administrative Career", DL 1057 Administrative Service Contracts and service lessors.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa búsqueda de encontrar los mejores resultados en la gestión de los servidores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Sanagoran, ha sido la principal motivación para la realización del presente trabajo de investigación, determinar el clima laboral que se siente en las diferentes áreas de trabajo así como el desempeño organizacional, nos da las pautas necesarias para realizar las intervenciones que se necesitan en ciertas variables, para reorientar la forma en que se desarrolla las labores en la Municipalidad Distrital de Sanagoran, logrando de esa manera mejorar los actuales niveles de desempeño de los servidores así como de los resultados alcanzados por los mismos. La investigación de tipo descriptiva utiliza la Metodología de Investigación de Tipo: Aplicada, no experimental y descriptiva, se utilizó el Método Inductivo–Deductivo, Método Hipotético–Deductivo y el Método Análisis–Síntesis, también se utilizó la encuesta como técnica de investigación. Para desarrollar el presente trabajo de investigación se ha tomado como población a los servidores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Sanagoran, los mismos de acuerdo a la naturaleza de sus regímenes laborales, pertenecen a diversos leyes de contratación y/o nombramiento, como los servidores contratados y/o nombrados que pertenecen a la Ley 276 “Ley de Bases de la Carrera Administrativa”, D.L. 1057 Contratos Administrativos de Servicios y los locadores de servicios.es_PE
