dc.descriptionThis research aims to highlight the vital importance of Strategic Planning in Educational Institutions, the main responsible for the training, academic and human future citizens of the country, particularly the I.EP Kepler, which provides the service of Secondary school with a pre-university focus in the city of Trujillo and has 400 students, a staff of teachers and administrative staff with good performance and a flexible structure, which allows a better implementation of the strategic plan. The I.E.P Kepler needs to implement a series of strategies to be able to consolidate the loyalty of its clients and also to bet more for its human resource through training and technology. A detailed study of the external and internal factors on which the educational activities of the Kepler has been carried out has also been made as well as a situational diagnosis as a consequence of the application of the SWOT analysis, later the strategic objectives and strategies to be applied . Finally the implementation and projection of the same that until the date has been realized since this strategic plan is projected to 05 years of management. In which it is increasingly sought to improve the service, offer a service of quality education, development and identity and continue to grow as a company and family, where all its members are benefited.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación busca resaltar la vital importancia de la Planeación Estratégica en las Instituciones Educativas, principales responsables de la formación, académica y humana de los futuros ciudadanos del país, en particular caso de la I.EP Kepler, la misma que brinda el servicio de secundaria con enfoque preuniversitario en la ciudad de Trujillo y cuenta con 400 estudiantes, un staff de docentes y personal administrativo con buen desempeño y una estructura flexible, la misma que permite una mejor implementación del plan estratégico. La I.E.P Kepler necesita implementar una serie de estrategias para poder consolidar la fidelidad de sus clientes y además de apostar más por su recurso humano por medio de la capacitación y tecnológicos. Se ha realizado un estudio minucioso de los factores externo e internos sobre los que se desenvuelven las actividades educativas de la I.E.P Kepler así mismo se estableció un diagnóstico situacional como consecuencia de la aplicación del análisis FODA, posteriormente se establecieron los objetivos estratégicos y estrategias a aplicar. Finalmente se realizó la implementación y proyección del mismo que hasta la fecha se viene realizando ya que este plan estratégico se proyecta a 05 años de gestión. En la que se busca cada vez mejorar más el servicio, ofrecer un servicio de calidad educativa, desarrollo e identidad y seguir creciendo como empresa y familia, donde todos sus miembros sean beneficiados.es_PE
