Abstract
El presente estudio buscó proponer un plan de comunicación interna para mejorar el compromiso organizacional docente de una, I.E., privada del distrito de Virú, a partir de un diagnóstico de comunicación interna basada en una metodología cuali- cuantitativa, en el cual se realizó entrevistas, permitiendo corroborar que no se cuenta con un plan de CI; se aplicó también un cuestionario cuyo resultado, muestra que prevalece el nivel bajo con 58.1%.
Se buscó además determinar el nivel compromiso organizacional utilizando para ello una encuesta, a través de un cuestionario. La muestra estuvo conformada por 31 docentes de ambos sexos y de los tres niveles de Educación Básica Regular. El análisis cuali-cuantitativo demuestra un diagnóstico negativo para la comunicación interna, mostrando deficiencias durante su desarrollo. En cuanto al nivel de compromiso organizacional, prevalece el nivel bajo con 45,2%. En base a dichos resultados; se elaboró una propuesta de comunicación interna que contiene cinco estrategias y un conjunto de acciones que buscan mejorar el compromiso organizacional de los colaboradores.
The present study sought to propose an internal communication plan to improve the organizational commitment of teachers in a private educational institution in the district of Virú, based on an internal communication diagnosis based on a qualitative-quantitative methodology, in which interviews were conducted, allowing to corroborate that there is no IC plan; a questionnaire was also applied, the result of which shows that the low level prevails with 58.1%. The aim was also to determine the level of organizational commitment using a survey, through a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 31 teachers of both sexes and from the three levels of Regular Basic Education. The qualitative-quantitative analysis shows a negative diagnosis for internal communication, showing deficiencies during its development. Regarding the level of organizational commitment, the low level prevails with 45.2%. Based on these results; an internal communication proposal was developed that contains five strategies and a set of actions that seek to improve the organizational commitment of employees.
