Abstract
efecto y diseño no experimental transversal.
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between pedagogical supervision and teaching performance at the “San Juan de La Libertad” Alternative Basic Education Center in Chachapoyas. The research was quantitative, basic, field, correlational scope without cause and effect and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample was 18 teachers by convenience. Two pedagogical supervision and teaching performance questionnaires were used as instruments. The results show that the relationship between pedagogical supervision and teaching performance is significant of medium intensity (Rho = 0.645, p = 0.004, alpha = 0.05); Likewise, the relationship between the pedagogical control dimension and teaching performance is statistically significant of medium intensity (Rho = 0.675, p = 0.002, alpha = 0.05); Likewise, the relationship between the pedagogical monitoring dimension and teaching performance is statistically significant and of high intensity (Rho = 0.792, p = 0.002, alpha = 0.00); The relationship between the pedagogical support dimension and teaching performance is statistically significant of medium intensity (Rho = 0.792, p = 0.002, alpha = 0.00). The study concludes that the relationship between pedagogical supervision and teaching performance is positive and significant, with 0.05% not being so.
