Abstract
La investigación tuvo por objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral de la facultad de ciencias económicas, UNT – 2024. La investigación se ubica en el enfoque cuantitativo, es de tipo aplicada y de corte transversal, diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptivo correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 88 colaboradores; la técnica es la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados indicaron que el 44.32% de los colaboradores de la facultad de ciencias económicas de la UNT indicaron que el nivel de la gestión del talento humano es regular, el 34.09% indicaron que es bajo y el 21.59% indicaron que es alto. Por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. El 36.36% de los colaboradores de la facultad de ciencias económicas de la UNT indicaron que el nivel del desempeño laboral es regular, el 34.09% indicaron que es bajo y el 29.55% indicaron que es alto. Por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. Se el valor de Rho Spearman de 0.876 indica que la relación es positiva alta y el p-valor es 0.000 < 0.05 por lo tanto, se concluye: La gestión del talento humano se relaciona positiva y significativamente con el desempeño laboral de la facultad de ciencias económicas, UNT – 2024
The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between human talent management and job performance at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, UNT – 2024. The research is based on the quantitative approach, it is applied and cross-sectional, non-experimental design and descriptive correlational scope. The sample consisted of 88 collaborators; the technique is the survey and the instrument is the questionnaire. The results indicated that 44.32% of the collaborators of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the UNT indicated that the level of human talent management is regular, 34.09% indicated that it is low and 21.59% indicated that it is high. Therefore, the level is regular. 36.36% of the collaborators of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the UNT indicated that the level of job performance is regular, 34.09% indicated that it is low and 29.55% indicated that it is high. Therefore, the level is regular. The Spearman Rho value of 0.876 indicates that the relationship is highly positive and the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, therefore, it is concluded: Human talent management is positively and significantly related to the job performance of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, UNT – 2024
