Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el liderazgo
directivo y la calidad del servicio educativo en docentes de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa
Local- El Porvenir, 2023. Se siguió el enfoque cuantitativo, la investigación fue básica,
contó con un diseño descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal, una población de 486
docentes, de los cuales 215 conformaron la muestra la cual se determinó por muestreo
probabilístico simple, aplicándose como instrumentos dos cuestionarios, uno para evaluar
el liderazgo directivo y otro para evaluar la calidad de servicio educativo. Como resultado
se obtuvo que en un 50.2% el liderazgo directivo presenta un nivel regular, en tanto en un
43.7% la calidad del servicio educativo presenta un nivel regular, encontrándose una
relación directa, alta y significativa entre el liderazgo directivo y la calidad del servicio
educativo con un rs = 0. 970 y un p = 0.00 < 0.05. Concluyendo así que existe una relación
directa, alta y significativa entre el liderazgo directivo y la calidad del servicio educativo en
docentes de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local- El Porvenir, 2023.
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between managerial leadership and quality of educational service among teachers of Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local - El Porvenir, 2023. The quantitative approach was followed, the research was basic, it had a descriptive correlational cross-sectional design, a population of 486 teachers, of which 215 made up the sample which was determined by simple probability sampling, applying two questionnaires as instruments, one to evaluate managerial leadership and the other to evaluate the quality of educational service. As a result, 50.2% of the sample showed a regular level of managerial leadership, while 43.7% showed a regular level of educational service quality, finding a direct, high and significant relationship between managerial leadership and educational service quality with an rs = 0.970 and a p = 0.00 < 0.05. This leads to the conclusion that there is a direct, high and significant relationship between managerial leadership and the quality of the educational service in teachers of the Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local - El Porvenir, 2023.
