Abstract
La presente investigación tiene el propósito de determinar si la aplicación de las estrategias proactivas de liderazgo “docentes emprendedores” contribuyen a mejorar la motivación en la I.E. “Santa Teresita de Jesús” - Casa Grande 2019; para ello se empleó la metodología científica, deducción e inducción, analítico sintético y estadístico, con un tipo de investigación aplicada con un diseño pre experimental, haciendo uso para la recolección de los datos de un cuestionario medido en validez y confiabilidad a una población y muestra de 15 docentes determinado mediante el muestreo no probabilístico, teniendo como resultado que antes de aplicar las estrategias proactivas de liderazgo “docentes emprendedores” el 66.7% de los docentes tuvieron una motivación deficiente y después de aplicar las estrategias proactivas de liderazgo “docentes emprendedores”un 73.3% de ellos tuvieron un nivel excelente de motivación; y tras realizar la contrastación de hipótesis t de student se pudo concluir que la aplicación de las estrategias proactivas de liderazgo “docentes emprendedores” contribuyen de manera significativa a mejorar la motivación en la I.E. “Santa Teresita de Jesús” - Casa Grande 2019(p<0,05) e igualmente al comparar las dimensiones en el pre y post test (p<0,05).
The purpose of this research is to determine if the application of proactive leadership strategies “entrepreneurial teachers” contribute to improving motivation in the I.E. “Saint Teresita of Jesus” - Casa Grande 2019; For this, the scientific methodology was used, deduction and induction, synthetic analytical and statistical, with a type of applied research with a pre-experimental design, making use of a questionnaire measured in validity and reliability to a population and sample for the collection of data. 15 teachers determined by non-probabilistic sampling, resulting in that before applying the proactive leadership strategies “entrepreneurial teachers” 66.7% of teachers had poor motivation and after applying the proactive leadership strategies “entrepreneurial teachers” 73.3 % of them had an excellent level of motivation; and after testing the student’s t hypothesis, it was possible to conclude that the application of proactive leadership strategies “entrepreneurial teachers” contribute significantly to improving motivation in I.E. “Santa Teresita de Jesús” - Casa Grande 2019 (p<0.05) and also when comparing the dimensions in the pre and post test (p<0.05).
