Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró con la finalidad de determinar de qué
manera influye el desarrollo del talento humano en el desempeño laboral del personal de la Oficina Departamental de Estadística e informática ODEI - La Libertad 2017.
Para el presente informe de investigación se utilizó el diseño no experimental: corte
transversal y correlacional, así como los siguientes métodos: método hipotético deductivo analítico y enfoque cuantitativo; y por último se aplicaron las siguientes técnicas de investigación: encuesta y observación. Se encuesto a una muestra de 43 trabajadores (régimen laboral 276 y Contratación Administrativa de Servicios - CAS) de la Oficina Departamental de Estadística e informática ODEI - La Libertad 2017.
Después de haber analizado la información generada por la encuesta; se llegó a la
conclusión que el desarrollo del talento humano sí influye de manera significativa en el
desempeño laboral del personal, según los trabajadores de la Oficina Departamental de Estadística e informática ODEI - La Libertad.
Description
The present research was developed in order to determine what kinf of influence has the
development of human talent in the job performance for the members staff of the
Department of Statistics and Information Office ODEI - La Libertad 2017.
For the present investigation it has been used the non-experimental design: crosssectional and correlational cut, as well as the following methods: hypothetical analytical deductive method and quantitative approach; and finally, the following research
techniques were applied: survey and observation. A total of 46 workers (labor regime 276 and Administrative Services Contracting - CAS1) of the Departmental Office of Statistics and Information Technology ODEI - La Libertad 2017 have been asked to fill the survey. After having analyzed the information generated by the survey; it was concluded that the development of human talent does significantly influence the work performance of the staff members, according to the workers of the Departmental Office of Statistics and Information Technology ODEI - La Libertad.
