| dc.description | Present it investigation is of type quantitative descriptive, correlacional and Santiago Zavala, during the months had total success at the educational institution of October of transverse court – December of the 2013 with the purpose to determine the relation between the level of maternal knowledge on nutrition and the status students' nutritional. The universe muestral was constituted for 65 students with his respective mothers that obeyed the opinion of inclusion. The instrument was utilized for the collection of data: Level of maternal knowledge on Nutrition, fiche of assessment on status nutritional in students (EPDNCMSNE). The obtained information was processed and examined intervening the proof of independence of criteria (square chi x2),the results evidence that 33,3 percent of students present chronic malnutrition and solo one 30,0 for one hundred of been students normal nutritional and one 26,7 obesity, mothers' majority they have a level of half a knowledge and loudly (43,3 and 36,7 percent respectively) .Se found significant relation between the level of maternal knowledge on nutrition and status student´s nutritional. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación es de tipo cuantitativa descriptivo, correlacional y de corte transversal se realizó en la institución educativa Santiago Zavala, durante los meses de Octubre – Diciembre del 2013 con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimientos materno sobre nutrición y el estado nutricional de escolares. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 65 escolares con sus respectivas madres que cumplieron el criterio de inclusión. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó el instrumento: nivel de conocimiento materno sobre Nutrición, ficha de valoración sobre estado nutricional en escolares (EPDNCMSNE). La información obtenida fue procesada y analizada mediante la prueba de independencia de criterios (chi cuadrado x2), los resultados muestran que 33.3 por ciento de escolares presentan desnutrición crónica y solo un 30.0 por ciento de escolares estado nutricional normal y un 26.7 obesidad, la mayoría de madres tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio y alto (43.3 y 36.7 por ciento respectivamente). Se encontró relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento materno sobre nutrición y estado nutricional de escolares. | es_PE |
