Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo corroborar la relación entre la gestión logística y la calidad de servicio en la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión – Huamachuco, 2021. El estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y correlacional. La unidad muestral estuvo conformada por 156 colaboradores de la institución en estudio. Se aplicó dos cuestionarios como instrumentos para recabar la información de las variables gestión logística y calidad de servicio. Los hallazgos evidenciaron que el 38.8% de los trabajadores percibe que la gestión logística es deficiente; asimismo, un 29.8% indicaron que perciben un bajo nivel de calidad de servicio. La hipótesis fue corroborada por una prueba de correlación positiva considerable (Rho=0.574), aceptándose la hipótesis alterna; concluyendo que existe una relación positiva entre la gestión logística y la calidad de servicio en la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión – Huamachuco, 2021.
