dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo corroborar la relación entre la gestión logística y la calidad de servicio en la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión – Huamachuco, 2021. El estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y correlacional. La unidad muestral estuvo conformada por 156 colaboradores de la institución en estudio. Se aplicó dos cuestionarios como instrumentos para recabar la información de las variables gestión logística y calidad de servicio. Los hallazgos evidenciaron que el 38.8% de los trabajadores percibe que la gestión logística es deficiente; asimismo, un 29.8% indicaron que perciben un bajo nivel de calidad de servicio. La hipótesis fue corroborada por una prueba de correlación positiva considerable (Rho=0.574), aceptándose la hipótesis alterna; concluyendo que existe una relación positiva entre la gestión logística y la calidad de servicio en la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión – Huamachuco, 2021.es_PE
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: The objective of this research was to corroborate the relationship between logistics management and service quality in the Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión - Huamachuco, 2021. he sample unit was made up of 156 employees of the institution under study. Two questionnaires were applied as instruments to collect information on the logistics management and service quality variables. The findings showed that 38.8% of workers perceive that logistics management is deficient; likewise, 29.8% indicated that they perceive a low level of service quality. The hypothesis was corroborated by a considerable positive correlation test.
