Abstract
This study focused on designing the strategic academic management model to strengthen entrepreneurial intention in a public university faculty in the Amazonas region, 2023. This model seeks to promote a sustainable articulation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, strengthening thus the entrepreneurial intention. 175 responses from students and 21 from teachers were collected and validated, using a non-experimental and cross-sectional design with an explanatory scope. The reliability of the instrument was determined using the coefficients of Cronbach's α (0.862) and McDonald's ω (0.875). The descriptive statistician of frequency distribution and the inferential statistician of correlational analysis were used, which allowed the formulation of strategic actions focused on specific dimensions. The results showed that 71% of teachers have significant concerns about aspects of the current academic model, while 51% of students also express concerns and dissatisfaction with certain aspects of it. Furthermore, a notable 59% of students show willingness and ambition to undertake business in the future. The main conclusion indicates that the implementation of this strategic academic management model will gradually improve the articulation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, progressively and significantly contributing to the strengthening of entrepreneurial intention among university students.
