Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de una empresa de servicios de tecnologías de información, Trujillo 2023. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, descriptivo correlacional, siendo de enfoque cuantitativo. Para la investigación se consideró una población de 31 colaboradores como muestra censal. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario que constó de 45 preguntas, dividido para las dos variables; las mismas que recogieron la información de los trabajadores. En los resultados de la presente investigación se obtuvo una confiabilidad con la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.884 para la variable clima organizacional y para la variable desempeño laboral se obtuvo un valor de 0.895, lo cual se considera un valor satisfactorio. Asimismo, se muestra un nivel de significancia menor al 0.01 (p<0.01), y un coeficiente de correlación r=0,472 lo cual determina una correlación directa, positiva y moderada entre las variables clima organizacional y desempeño laboral.
The present research aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job performance in an information technology services company, Trujillo 2023. The research was of an applied nature, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, descriptive correlational, and a quantitative approach. The research considered a population of 31 employees as a census sample. Data collection was conducted using the survey technique, with a questionnaire consisting of 45 questions divided for the two variables, which gathered information from the workers. In the results of the present research, reliability was obtained with Cronbach's Alpha test of 0.884 for the organizational climate variable and 0.895 for the job performance variable, which is considered satisfactory. Additionally, a significance level less than 0.01 (p <0.01) is shown, and a correlation coefficient r = 0.472, which determines a direct, positive, and moderate correlation between organizational climate and job performance.
