dc.descriptionThe objective of this research was to establish the level of influence of administrative management in the work performance in the Seventh-day Adventist Church Reform Movement, Lima-2019; whose respective problem How does administrative management influence work performance in the Seventh-day Adventist Church Reform Movement, Lima-2019?. Its population of study conformed the members of the Church, being a total of 830, and by the 19 missionaries; being the respective sample of 86 members and 19 missionaries; for the data collection, the survey was used with its respective instrument, the questionnaire, and a technical data sheet, the instrument being the evaluation form. The research design used was non-experimental, with a causal correlational design. After the analysis of the respective results, the hypothesis “Administrative management positively influences work performance in the Seventh-day Adventist Church Reform Movement, Lima- 2019” was confirmed. The main conclusion is that the level of influence of administrative management in the work performance of the Seventh-day Adventist Church Reform Movement, is positive high or direct; according to the Pearson Correlation Coefficient (0.710); to good administrative management, better job performance. Likewise, both the independent and dependent variables qualify on a regular level, presenting strengths and weaknesses.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general Establecer el nivel de influencia de la gestión administrativa en el desempeño laboral en la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día Movimiento de Reforma, Lima-2019; cuyo problema respectivo fue ¿De qué manera la gestión administrativa influye en el desempeño laboral en la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día Movimiento de Reforma, Lima-2019?. Su población de estudio estuvo conformada por los miembros de la Iglesia, siendo un total de 830, y por los 19 misioneros; siendo la muestra respectiva de 86 miembros y 19 misioneros; para la recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta con su respectivo instrumento, el cuestionario, y una ficha de técnica de puntuaciones, siendo su instrumento la ficha de evaluación. El diseño de investigación utilizado fue de tipo no experimental, de diseño transeccional de tipo correlacional causal. Después del análisis de los resultados respectivo se llegó a confirmar la hipótesis “La gestión administrativa influye de manera positiva en el desempeño laboral en la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día Movimiento de Reforma, Lima- 2019”. Como principal conclusión se tiene que el nivel de influencia de la gestión administrativa en el desempeño laboral de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día Movimiento de Reforma, es positiva alta o directa; de acuerdo al Coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson (0.710); a buena gestión administrativa, mejor desempeño laboral. Asimismo, tanto la variable independiente y dependiente califican a nivel regular, presentado fortalezas como debilidades.es_PE
