The present thesis project aims to demonstrate the technical, economic, financial and environmental feasibility of guinea pig meat exports, establishing its plant in La Libertad Region. The growing demand for this meat is reflected in the section on market research, which reflects approximately 125 TN unsatisfied demand for the first year. According to the evaluation of alternative micro-location, it is concluded that the choice for implementing our project is in the hamlet of Valdivia - Huanchaco - La Libertad, with an area of 5,000 m2 and with an initial capacity of 27,000 kg of meat guinea pig. The initial investment amounts to US$ 190,679.91, which will be covered in a 35.36% by COFIDE and 64.64% for our own contributions. According to the economic evaluation, we got a VANE of US$ 202,436.78 with a TIRE of 39.18%, and in the financial evaluation us shows a VANF of US$ 214,609.13 and a TIRF of 47.43%. The study demonstrate the technical, economic and financial feasibility of the project, at the same, an environmental and social impact assessment shown in order to minimize the negative effects that may arise during the implementation and execution of the project.
